Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle Mr. Stewart was driving while

investigating a civil disturbance. A computer check revealed the registration was suspended. Mr. Stewart was given 2 traffic citations, a traffic court date and was

released from scene.

Arrested: Joseph Cannon (51)(M) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the report of domestic violence. After an investigation,

Mr. Cannon was located and arrested. He was processed at HPD and later transported

to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.
