Details: HPD observed a vehicle driving without lights when required and driving in the wrong lane. A traffic stop was conducted where the above subject was identified as the driver. He was found to be driving under the influence and was taken into custody and transported to HPD. After processing, he was released from HPD with citations and notice to appear in Vermilion County traffic court.
