Details: HPD was requested that they respond to a person beating a garbage toter out in the middle of the street. Callers also stated that the person was throwing garbage all over the street. The subject that was mailed his citation, was found in the alley upon arrival of the police. Subject was released on the scene and advised he would be receiving a citation in the mail for Hoopeston City Court.

Details: HPD responded to complaint of a male subject who had previously barred from the property by the owners, was inside refusing to leave. Subject was located and informed again he is not welcomed at the establishment and not to return. He was told he would be receiving NTA to appear in Hoopeston City Court for Trespassing complaint. NTA was mailed to the subject at his residence.
