Details: At the above time HPD was contacted reference to a car being burglarized overnight. Personal belonging was removed from the auto without the permission of the owner.

Time: 5:00PM

Location: 700 blk of S 3rd ST

Arrested: Sarah E Garrison(40)(F) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the above location for a female trespassing a residence.

Ms. Garrison was located and transported to HPD for processing and later released with a

City Notice to appear.
