Unit 2: 2017 Nissan Rogue drive by Heather M Cloud of Hoopeston

Details: While in the drive through, Unit 2 was struck from behind by Unit 1. Both vehicles were insured and no tickets were issued.

 

Criminal Trespass to Real Property, Retail Theft H23-6647

Arrested: Suzie M Davis (F) (41) of Hoopeston

Details: The above subject was located and taken into custody by HPD after a report was made that Ms. Davis was in the business after previously being banned and attempted to take items without paying. She was transported to HPD for processing and later released with a notice to appear in Vermilion County Court.
