Ms. Kennedy was mailed a city citation with a notice to appear in Hoopeston City Court.

 

Driving While License Revoked H23-6685 Time: 1:15am Location: E McCracken/N 7th St Arrested: Christopher Stables (M) (39) of Hoopeston Details: HPD officers stopped the vehicle Mr. Stables was driving for a traffic violation. A computer check revealed his driver’s license was revoked. He was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. He was later released with a traffic citation and traffic court date.

 

Operating Vehicle with Expired Registration Plates or Stickers H23-6686 Time: 4:37am Location: 6 th Ave/W Orange Cited: Chance Coffey (M) (29) of Hoopeston Details: HPD officers stopped the vehicle Mr. Coffey was driving for a traffic violation. A computer check revealed the registration on the vehicle was expired. He was given a traffic citation and traffic court date and was released from scene.

 

Criminal Trespass To Real Property, Resisting/Obstructing a Peace Officer, Obstructing Identification H23-6688 Time: 12:18 pm Location: Dollar General – 111 W Orange St Arrested: Julius P Thomas (M) (25) of Hoopeston Details: HPD responded to the business for the report of a subject refusing to leave. The subject was later identified as the listed male and was taken into custody. Mr. Thomas was processed at HPD and released with a notice to appear in Vermilion County Court.

 

 Tuesday December 5, 2023 2 Driving While License Revoked H23-6691 Time: 4:48 pm Location: W Penn St/S 2nd Ave Arrested: Christopher J Berglund (M) (51) of Hoopeston Details: HPD conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation. The above subject was identified as the driver whose license returned as revoked. Mr. Berglund was taken into custody by HPD, then processed and released from HPD with a citation and notice to appear in Vermilion County Traffic Court.
