Details: HPD officers were dispatched to a civil disturbance. Upon arrival, officers were told that

Ms. Smith had ran into the complainants car and left the area. Ms. Smith was later found

and arrested for the above charges. She was taken to HPD to be processed and later

transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.
