Arrested: Ashley Tucker (F) (36) of Hoopeston, IL

Details: HPD initiated a traffic stop for the vehicle Ms. Tucker was driving for a traffic violation. A computer check revealed she did not have a valid driver’s license. She was arrested after methamphetamine was found. She was arrested, taken to HPD, and then later transported to the PSB in Vermilion County.

 

 

Warrant Arrest H24-2307, 2024-3465

Time: 12:48 a.m.

Arrested: Jason Kinnaird (M) (47) of Hoopeston, IL

Details: HPD initiated a traffic and Mr. Kinnaird was found to be the passenger. Upon a computer check it was revealed that Mr. Kinnaird was wanted on a Vermilion County warrant. He was arrested, taken to HPD, and then later transported to the PSB in Vermilion County.

Details: HFD and HPD were called to the area as an illegal burn. The fire was put out.
