Arrested: Nathan Irvin (M) (64) of Hoopeston

Details: Mr. Irvin was brought to HPD as part of an ongoing investigation. After being questioned he was arrested on the above charges. He was then transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.

 

Traffic Accident (Delayed Entry)

Date and Time: 5/21/2024 5:20 p.m.

Location: McFerren Park

Unit 1: 2004 Pontiac driven by Zachary Ballard (M) (16) of Hoopeston

Unit 2: 2016 Nissan parked and owned by Dayna Haggan (F) of Hoopeston

Details: Unit 1 was driving northbound in the area of the pool when it struck Unit 2. No injuries, no tickets, and both units were insured.
