Ms. Kruger was taken into custody and transported to HPD for processing. She was later transported to the PSB in Danville, IL to await arraignment.

Unit 1: 2009 Chrysler sedan driven by Juan F Garcia (M) (38) of Danville

Unit 2: 1996 Kawasaki Vulcan driven by Robert D Milburn (M) (24) of Wellington

Details: Unit 1 failed to yield to Unit 2 traveling through the intersection causing Unit 2 to strike the side of Unit 1. Mr. Garcia received citations for No Valid Driver’s License and Failure to Yield at Yield Sign with notice to appear in Vermilion County traffic court, then released from the scene.
