Arrested: Seth J Gredy (M) (39) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with the above subject identified as the driver. Mr. Gredy was taken into custody for the listed charges. He was processed at HPD and released with notice to appear in Vermilion County traffic court.
