Date and Time: 6/30/2024 @ 8:14 p.m.

Location: 400 Block of E. Honeywell

Arrested: Jamie Johnson (F) (50) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD was dispatched to the above location. Ms. Johnson was located and found

causing damage to her apartment. Ms. Johnson refused to follow HPD officer requests. She was taken to Carle in Hoopeston, arrested on the above charges, and then transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.

 

 

Criminal Damage to Property (over), Aggravated Battery of a Peace Officer (x2), Resisting and Obstruction of a Peace Officer, Disorderly Conduct (a2-false fire alarm)H24-3334 2024-5226

Time: 3:05 a.m.

Location: HPD

Arrested: Gerardo Torres (M) (43) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD was dispatched to the 800 block of E. Young Ave for a disturbance. Upon arrival Mr. Torres was found taken into custody. At HPD Mr. Torres was arrested on the above charges from a prior incident from 6/22/2024. He was processed at HPD then transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.
