Retail Theft Arrest (delayed entry) H24-3360 H23-7134

Arrested: Stacy Brant (F) (49) of Rossville

Details: After an investigation, HPD officers arrested Ms. Brant for retail theft from Kirby Foods

and Dollar General. She was taken to HPD, processed and later released with a notice

to appear in Vermilion County court.
