Market St. Unit 1: 2018 Toyota Utility driven by Kristie Terrell (F) (43) of Hoopeston Unit 2: 2022 Honda Ruckus driven by David Silver (M) (62) of Hoopeston Details: Unit 2 was traveling northbound through the intersection of E. Penn and N. Market when Unit 1 proceeded into the intersection and struck Unit 2. Ms. Terrell received a citation and a notice to appear in Vermilion County Traffic Court, then was released from the scene. No injuries were reported.
