Methamphetamine H24-3901 2024-5738

Arrested: Robert Phillips (M) (48) of Hoopeston
Details: HPD located the above subject with an active warrant through Douglas County and in 
possession of methamphetamine. Mr. Phillips was taken into custody and transported to 
HPD for processing. He was later transferred to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment 
and extradition to Douglas Co.
