Location: 500 Block of E. Main St.

Arrested: Paul Dailing (M) (24) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD was dispatched to a residence where Mr. Dailing was located. After an investigation, Mr. Dailing was arrested and transported to HPD for processing and then transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.

Details: HFD was dispatched to a downed power line. The power line was checked and Ameren was notified.
