Arrested: Jackie Winchester (47) (M) of Rossville

Details: After an investigation, Mr. Winchester was arrested for a retail theft that occurred at Dollar General. He was taken to HPD to be processed and later released with a notice to appear in Vermilion County court.

 

 

 

Warrant Arrest (VC 24CM10) H24-4665 2024-6963

Time: 3:48PM

Location: 400 blk of E Honeywell Ave

Arrested: Julius Thomas (25) (M) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were out with Mr. Thomas and a computer search showed him to have an

active warrant. Mr. Thomas was arrested and transported to HPD for processing and later

transported to PSB by a Vermilion County Deputy.

 

 

Disorderly Conduct H24-4675

Time: 9:06 p.m.

Location: 300 blk. of S. 3rd St.

Arrested: Angel Bane (44) (F) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the above address for a report of a female causing a

disturbance. Upon arrival and investigation, Ms. Bane was ticketed for the above charges.

She was then given a City Complaint and NTA for Hoopeston Municipal Court.
