Driving While License Suspended (citation), Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle (citation), Vermilion County Warrant, Callaway County Missouri Warrant H24-4783 2024-7134 Date: Friday, August 30th (Delayed Entry) Time: 11:46 p.m. Location: 400 blk. of S. Dixie Hwy. Arrested: Matthew Williams (M) (28) of Wellington Details: HPD initiated a traffic stop at the above location. While conducting the stop, Mr. Williams was ticketed for the above citations and given an NTA for Vermilion County Traffic Court. During the traffic stop, a computer check revealed a Vermilion County Warrant and a Callaway County Missouri Warrant. Mr. Williams was taken into custody, processed, and then transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment and extradition.

 

 

Wanted on a Verm. Co. Warrant H24-4814 2024-7153 Time: 6:57 p.m. Location: W. Washington St./S. 8th Ave. Arrested: Jason Kinnaird (M) (47) of Hoopeston Details: HPD located Mr. Kinnaird and a computer check revealed a warrant. Mr. Kinnaird was arrested and transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.

 

Traffic Accident H24-4803 Time: 3:34 p.m. Location: McFerren Park Unit1: 2019 Ford driven by Elaine Cartwright of Hoopeston Unit2: 2010 Ford driven by Steve Blanton of Rossville Details: Unit 1 struck Unit 2 after backing out of a parking space. No tickets were issued and no injuries were reported.

Details: HPD stopped the vehicle Mr. Thiel was driving for a traffic violation. A computer checked

revealed the subject had no valid driver’s license. He was given 2 traffic citations and a

traffic court date.

Arrested: John C Seiters(63)(M) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer search showed Mr. Seiters to have a

suspended registration. Mr. Seiters was given Vermilion County Notice to appear and

released from the scene.

 

Domestic Battery H24-4859 2024-7199

Time: 8:26 p.m.

Location: 600 blk. of E. Thompson Ave.

Arrested: Kaylynn Kruger (F) (36) of Hoopeston

Details: Officers were dispatched to the above address for a domestic disturbance. Upon

investigation, Ms. Kruger was arrested for the above charge. She was processed at HPD and transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment
