Operating when Registration Suspended for Non-Insurance (Delayed Entry) H24-5026

Arrested: Terion Childs (26) (M) of Naperville IL

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer search showed Mr. Childs

vehicle to have a suspended registration. Mr. Childs was given a Vermilion County

Notice to Appear and was released from the scene.

 

Fire Call

Time: 6:40 p.m.

Location: 4200 N. Rd./1130 E. Rd.

Details: HFD was dispatched to the above location for a call of black smoke in the area. Upon

arrival HFD determined there to be no fire.

 

 

Traffic Accident (Delayed Entry) H24-5049

Date and Time: 09/05/2024 at 3:20 p.m.

Location: 700 Blk. of W. Orange St.

Unit 1: 2007 GMC driven by Kayla Waddell (F) (28) of Hoopeston

Unit 2: 2012 Chevy driven by Kaedyn Goodrum (F) (16) of Hoopeston

Details: Unit 1 was hauling material on a trailer. An object fell into the roadway in front of

Unit 2. The unavoidable object caused damage to Unit 2 after being ran over. No

tickets were issued and both units were insured.
