Cited: Caitlyn Jones (F) (21) of Hoopeston

Victor Hutton (M) (56) of Hoopeston

Details: On September 7th HPD was called to the above location for theft. Upon investigation the

above were cited for Retail Theft. Ms. Jones and Mr. Hutton were each given NTA’s to

appear in Hoopeston City Court.

 

Operating motor vehicle when registration is suspended for no insurance (Delayed Entry)

Arrested: Henry D Moulden(39)(M) of Danville

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer search showed Mr. Moulden to have

a suspended registration. Mr. Moulden was given a Vermilion County Notice to appear and

was released from the scene.

 

Warrant Arrest (Champaign County) H24-5062

Time: 8:39pm

Location: S Market St/E Maple

Arrested: Tabithia Stephens (F) (35) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers stopped the vehicle Ms. Stephens was driving for a traffic violation. A

computer check revealed she had an outstanding warrant through Champaign County.

She was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. She was later released with a

Notice to Appear in Champaign County court.

Battery H24-5061

Time: 6:23 p.m.

Location: 300 Blk of E. Maple St.

Arrested: Camden Smithers

Details: HPD officers responded to a call from a complainant advising an occupant of a vehicle had spit on him and his vehicle. Upon investigation Mr. Smithers was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. He was later released and issued a Notice to Appear in Vermilion County court.
