Retail Theft H24-5175 2024-7709 Date and Time Occurred: 09/11/2024 6:16 p.m. Location: CVS-805 S. Dixie Hwy. Date and Time of Arrest: 09/17/2024 2:15 a.m. Location: W. Main St./S. 2nd Ave. Arrested: Kevin Lambert (M) (37) of Hoopeston Details: After an investigation, HPD officers located Mr. Lambert and arrested him for Retail Theft. He was taken to HPD to be processed and later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.

Restraint of Dogs by Owner or Keeper H24-5195 (Citation #10226) Time: 3:19 p.m. Location: S. 3rd Ave./W. Lincoln St. Arrested: Roger Catron (M) (66) of Hoopeston Details: HPD was flagged down by a complainant advising the dog would not allow her to get away. Upon investigation Mr. Catron was found to be the dog’s owner and was cited on the above charge. He was issued a citation and a Notice to Appear in Hoopeston Municipal Court.

Wanted on Warrant – Vermilion County H24-5201 2024-7732 Time: 7:05 p.m. Location: 300 Blk of W. Maple St. Arrested: Roger Catron (M) (66) of Hoopeston Details: While HPD officers were out with Mr. Catron for a prior incident, officers were aware the Mr. Catron was wanted on a warrant. Mr. Catron was arrested and processed at HPD then was later transported to the PSB in Danville by Vermilion County.
