Arrested: Garrett White (M) (23) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD was notified by a resident advising he had been charged for a tip he did not approve. Upon investigation, Mr. White was arrested for Forgery and processed at HPD. He was later

transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.
