Date and Time: 09/29/24 11:27pm

Location: Ted’s Home Beverage- 101 W. Main St.

Arrested: Donald Underwood Jr. (M) (39) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the above location for a report of retail theft. Upon investigation, HPD officers located Mr. Underwood and arrested him for the above charge. He was taken to HPD to be processed and later released with a Notice to Appear in Vermilion County court.
