Main St. Arrested: Belinda Solis (F) (41) of Hoopeston Details: While conducting a traffic stop, HPD officers cited Ms. Solis on the traffic violations above. During the stop, HPD officers were advised of a Verm. Co. Warrant. Ms. Solis was taken into HPD custody for processing then was released with a Notice to Appear in Vermilion County Court.
