Lincoln St./S. 6th Ave. Arrested: Angel Garcia (46) (M) of Hoopeston Details: HPD officers were conducting a traffic stop when they found Mr. Garcia to be driving with no valid driver’s license. He was cited at the scene and the vehicle was towed. Mr. Garcia was released with a Notice to Appear in Vermilion County Court.
