Domestic Battery H24-6030 2024-8687 Time: 03:06 a.m. Location: 400 Blk. of S. 2nd Ave. Arrested: Jon Ball (M) (43) of Hoopeston Details: HPD was called to the above address for a complaint about Domestic Battery. After an investigation, officers arrested Mr. Ball on the above charge. He was brought to HPD for processing, then later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.
