(Delayed Entry) H24-6593 2024-9320 No Valid Driver’s License; Possession of a Controlled Substance w/ Intent to Deliver Date/Time: 11/09/2024 9:33 p.m. Location: 300 Blk of S. Dixie Hwy. Arrested: Candi Northrup (F) (38) of Hoopeston Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location. Ms. Northrup was found to be driving without a valid license. Upon investigation, HPD officers found a controlled substance in the vehicle. Ms. Northrup was arrested and processed at HPD then transported to the PSB in Danville, IL to await arraignment. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Wanted on Vermilion Co. Warrant H24-6599 2024-9324 Time: 3:00 a.m. Location: 700 Blk of S. 4th St. Arrested: Joseph Asbury (M) (34) of Hoopeston Details: HPD officers located Mr. Asbury. A computer check showed he was wanted on a Vermilion Co. warrant. He was brought to HPD and processed, then was transported to the PSB in Danville, IL to await arraignment.
