Mr. Powers was located and released from the scene with a city citation for the above charge.

Arrested: Courtney St Clair (F) (34) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers checked out with Ms. St Clair. A computer check revealed she had an

active Vermilion County warrant. She was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed.

She was later transported to the PSB in Danville in lieu of bond.

was extinguished, no injuries were reported, and vehicle was towed.

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer search showed Mr. Wishba to have a

revoked license. Mr. Wishba was arrested and transported to HPD for processing and later

released with a Vermilion County Notice to Appear.
