Arrested: James Miller (M) (31) of Hoopeston

Details: Mr. Miller was known to have charges with HPD. HPD officers located Mr. Miller at the above address and brought him to HPD for processing. He was later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.

 

 

 

Traffic Accident H24-6834

Location: E Orange St/N 1550 E Rd

Unit 1: 2017 Jeep Cherokee driven by Wendy Ochs (46) (F) of Paxton

Unit 2: 2014 Jeep Wrangler driven by Richard J Davis (40) (M) of Hoopeston

Details: Unit 1 was traveling northbound and stopped at the stop sign. Unit 1 did not see Unit 2 due to them having no lights on before entering the intersection. Unit 2 swerved to avoid the accident. Both Units collided at the intersection. Both units were insured, and no injuries were reported.
