Orange Arrested: Micheal Sokolinski (M) (46) of Rankin Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location. A computer check showed Mr. Sokolinski having a revoked license. Mr. Sokolinski was arrested and taken to HPD for processing then was released with a Notice to Appear in Vermilion County Court.
