Possession of a Stolen Vehicle; No Valid Driver’s License H24-7320 2024-10228

Location: 100 Blk. of E. Orange St.

Arrested: Tajuana Burns (F) (28) of Chicago, IL

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location. A computer check revealed the vehicle driven by Ms. Burns as stolen. She was also found to be driving with no valid driver’s license. Ms. Burns was taken into custody and processed at HPD. She was later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

 

Operating Uninsured Vehicle; No Valid Driver’s License H24-7322

Time: 10:57 p.m.

Location: W. Maple St./S. 4th Ave.

Cited: Desire Welch (F) (27) of Chicago, IL

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location. A computer check revealed Ms. Welch to be driving without insurance and without a valid license. She was cited and given NTA’s to appear in Vermilion County Court then released from the scene.
