Details: HPD officers stopped the vehicle Mr. Baker was driving for a traffic violation. A computer

check revealed the registration was suspended. He was given 2 traffic citations and a

traffic court date before being released from scene. The vehicle was towed.

Unit #1: 2021 Jeep Compass driven by Linda Fecker (F) (77) of Hoopeston

Unit #2: 2002 Pontiac 4D driven by Melinda Shoulders (F) (47) of Hoopeston

Details: Unit #1 was traveling westbound on Penn and Unit #2 was traveling northbound on Market.

Both vehicles approached the intersection and came to a stop. Unit #1 struck Unit #2

in the intersection. No injuries, no tickets and both units were insured
