Location: 900 W. Orange St. (Herman’s Trucking)

Details: HFD and HPD units were dispatched to the above location in reference to an active fire outside of the building. HFD cleared the scene without further incident.

 

Warrant Arrest H24-7430 2024-10345

Time: 7:33pm

Location: McFerren Park

Arrested: Julie Zabelka (F) (44) of Bismarck

Details: HPD officers stopped the vehicle Ms. Zabelka was driving for a traffic violation. A

computer check revealed she had an outstanding Vermilion County warrant. She

was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. She was later transported to the PSB

in Danville in lieu of bond.
