HPD later located Mr. Lindsey, and he received a citation with notice to appear in Hoopeston City Court.

Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the above location after receiving a complaint from a 36 Y/O Male that someone had littered in his yard. An investigation was carried out, and a citation was given to the juvenile as well as a Notice to Appear in Hoopeston City Court.

Arrested: Stacey Brant (F) (49) of Rossville and Angela Trumann (F) (52) of Rossville

Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the above location for a report of theft. Ms. Brant and Ms. Trumann were arrested and taken to HPD for processing. They were later released with a Notice to Appear in Vermilion County Court.
