Unlawful Display on any Vehicle of a License Plate Not Authorized by Law, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle H25-0029 Time: 3:31 pm Location: 500 Blk of W. Thompson Ave. Arrested: Julio Cabrales (M) (33) of Milford Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop. A computer search revealed that the vehicle driven by Mr. Cabrales did not match the license plate’s registration. Mr. Cabrales was arrested and taken to HPD for processing. He was later released with citations for the above charges and given Notices to Appear in Vermilion County Court.
