Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location. Mr. Finnell was cited and given NTA’s to appear in Vermilion County Court for the above violations.

Location: 701 E. Orange St. - Carle Hoopeston Regional Health

Arrested: Samuel Vires III (M) (57)

Details: HPD officers were dispatched to Carle. Upon investigation Mr. Vires was taken into custody on the above charges. He was processed at HPD then transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.
