Details: Officers located Ms. Strawser at the above address. A computer check showed she was wanted on a Vermilion County warrant. Ms. Strawser was taken into custody and processed at HPD then later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.

Arrested: Oscar Frantz (M) (29) of Clifton

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop. A computer check revealed that Mr. Frantz was driving without proper insurance. He was later released with citations for the above charges and a Vermilion County court date. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
