Wanted on Warrant/Arkansas #PB22006819 H25-0377 2025-0420 Time: 1:47 a.m. Location: 500 Blk. of Dice St. Arrested: Carolyn Bailey (F) (61) of Hoopeston Details: HPD officers were out with Ms. Bailey who was known to be wanted on an Arkansas warrant. She was taken into custody and processed at HPD then transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.

Driving While License Suspended; Possession of Methamphetamine (less than 5 grams) H25-0380 Time: 12:16 p.m. Location: E. Seminary Ave./N. 8 th St. Arrested: Brian Kinnaird (M) (44) of Hoopeston Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location. A computer check revealed that Mr. Kinnaird was driving while license suspended, and a vehicle search showed possession of methamphetamine. He was arrested and taken to HPD for processing then was released with a Notice to Appear in Vermilion County court. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
