Cited: Renee Chandler (F) (51) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location. Upon stopping Mr. Baker fled the vehicle. HPD officers apprehended Mr. Baker and upon investigation, he was charged with the above charges, taken to HPD for processing, then later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment. Ms. Chandler was cited for the above traffic violations and released from the scene. The vehicle was also towed from the scene.

Unit #1: 2017 Buick SUV driven by Gail Lane (F) (62) of Hoopeston

Unit #2: 2018 Ford SUV driven by Payton Frederick (M) (24) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD was dispatched to the report of a minor traffic accident. Unit #1 was backing from a

parking spot when she struck Unit #2. No injuries, no tickets and both units were insured.
