Traffic Accident: ILCS: Reckless Driving; ILCS: Too Fast for Conditions H25-0480

Details: HPD officers responded to an accident at the above location. While driving, the driver lost control and hit the guide wire/power pole at the intersection. Upon investigation, Mr. Glenn was cited for the above traffic violations and given NTA’s to appear in Vermilion County Court. Ameren was notified then the vehicle was towed from the scene.

Location: 100 Blk. of St. Rte. 9

Cited: Travis Stafford (M) (21) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop due to the above violation. Mr. Stafford was given an NTA for Vermilion County Court then released from the scene.
