Details: HPD officers were dispatched to Casey’s for the report of retail theft. Upon an investigation, the 17-year-old was located and given a city citation and city court date.

Cited: Joseph Bennett (M) (30) of Henning

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop. A computer search revealed Mr. Bennett’s vehicle had suspended plates for non-insurance. Mr. Bennett was released from the scene with citations and NTA’s for Vermilion County Court. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Cited: 17-year-old female juvenile

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop. The juvenile was cited for the above charge and released from the scene with a Notice to Appear in Vermilion County Court.

Cited: Kenneth Dale II (M) (44) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location. Mr. Dale was cited for the above violation, then was released with an NTA for Vermilion County Court. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
