ILCS: Illegal Transportation of Alcohol H25-0564

Time: 1:25 a.m.

Location: E. 4000 North Rd./N. 1500 East Rd.

Cited: Scott Tyler (M) (62) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers observed Mr. Tyler’s vehicle leave the roadway. After an investigation Mr. Tyler was cited for the above violation and issued an NTA for Vermilion County Court then released. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

 

Operating an Uninsured Motor VehicleH25-0575

Time: 8:56 p.m.

Location: W. Orange St./S. 5th Ave.

Cited: Chayce Wagner (M) (28) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop. It was revealed that Mr. Wagner was operating an uninsured vehicle. He was released from the scene with a citation for the above charge and an NTA in Vermilion County Court. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
