Location: 415 S. Dixie Hwy. - Dollar General

Arrested: Vanzettiana Williams (F) (30) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were called to DG for a theft that occurred. Upon investigation, Ms. Williams came to HPD and was arrested on the above charge. She was processed at HPD then released with an NTA for Vermilion County Court.
