Details: HPD officers located Ms. Bane for Retail Theft. Upon arrest, Ms. Bane was
charged with Resisting/Obstruction. Ms. Bane was transported to the PSB in Danville for processing and to await arraignment. While being processed at the PSB, Ms. Bane was charged with possession and for contraband.
Wanted on Iroquois County Warrant FTA H25-0714

Arrested: Robin Bilbrey (F) (47) of Hoopeston
Details: HPD Officers stopped the vehicle Ms. Bilbrey was driving. A computer check revealed she had an outstanding Iroquois County warrant. She was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. She was released after posting bond and given a new Iroquois County court date.
Operating Uninsured Vehicle H25-0725
Time: 6:03 p.m.
Location: E. Young Ave./N. 3rd St.
Cited: Anthony Campbell (M) (45) of Urbana
Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop. It was revealed that Mr. Campbell was operating an uninsured vehicle. He was cited for the above charge and released from the scene with a Notice to Appear in Vermilion County Court.
Driving While License Suspended, Resisting/Obstructing A P.O., No Insurance H25-0728
Time: 6:56 p.m.
Location: W. Main St./S. 7th Ave.
Arrested: Marcus Colunga (M) (19) of Hoopeston
Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop. A computer search revealed that Mr. Colunga’s Driver’s License had been suspended. He was arrested on the above charges and taken to HPD for processing. He was later released with citations and a Notice to Appear in Vermilion County Court. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
