Cited: Kenneth Dale II (M) (44) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers observed a dog loose in the above area. They met with Mr. Dale and he was given a citation for the above charge as well as a Notice to Appear in Hoopeston City Court.

 

Theft (City Ordinance) H25-0741

Time: 4:09 p.m.

Location: 300 Blk of W. Main St.

Arrested: Kyle Frazier (M) (23) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers responded to the above location for a report of theft made by a 62-year-old-woman. Officers later located Mr. Frazier and he was placed under arrest and brought to HPD for processing. He was released after with a citation for the above charge and a Notice to Appear in Hoopeston City Court.

Location: 423 N. Dixie Hwy (Heritage Health Care)

Details: HFD units were dispatched to the above location for a fire alarm. HFD cleared the scene without further incident.
