Unit #2: 2022 Toyota Sienna driven by Daniel Downard (M) (58) of Kennewick, WA

Details: Unit #2 was stopped at the E Washington and Euclid. Unit #2 turned left onto E Washington

and struck Unit #2. No injuries were reported, no tickets were issued and both units were

insured.

 

Operating Motor Vehicle w/ expired Registration H25-0869

Time: 12:17 a.m.

Location: 900 Block of West Orange St.

Cited: David Briggs (M) (46) of Danville

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location and cited for the above violation.

He was issued a NTA for Vermilion County Court and released from the scene.

Date/Time of Arrest: 02/10/2025 @ 7:50 p.m.

Location of Arrest: 400 Blk. of 10th Ave

Arrested: Patrick Henning (M)(51) of Hoopeston

Details: After an investigation HPD officers made contact with Mr. Henning and he was arrested on the above violation. Mr. Henning was brought to HPD and processed then released with an NTA for Vermilion County court.
