Details: HPD was dispatched to the above location after receiving a complaint on the above charge from a 55-year-old Hoopeston female. Mr. Caswell was advised he would receive a citation as well as an NTA in Hoopeston City Court.

 

Driving While License Revoked H25-0957

Location: 900 Blk of W Orange St.

Arrested: Joshua Blakey (M) (40) of Rossville

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop. A computer search revealed Mr. Blakey was driving on a revoked driver’s license. He was arrested for the above charge and transferred to HPD for processing. He was later released with a citation and an NTA in Vermilion CO. Court.

 

Expired Driver’s License H25-0959

Time: 10:14 p.m.

Location: Rt. 1/ Rt. 9

Cited: Brandy Patterson (F) (46) of Milford

Details: HPD Officers conducted a traffic stop. A computer search revealed that Ms. Patterson was driving with an expired driver’s license. She was issued a ticket for the above charge and released from the scene with an NTA for Vermilion Co. court.

Location: W. Main St./S. 9th Ave.

Arrested: Curtiss Ward (M) (67) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD were dispatched to the report of a reckless driver. Officers found the vehicle, and a

computer check revealed subject had no valid driver’s license. Mr. Ward was taken to HPD and processed for DUI then was released with several traffic citations and traffic court date. The vehicle was towed from scene.
