Unit 1: 2017 Ford Driven by Brad Herman (M) (65) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD Officers were dispatched to the above location for a report of criminal damage to a wooden shed. After an investigation, Mr. Herman was located and cited for the above charges and was given an NTA for Vermilion Co. Court.

Location: 40892 N. 1550 East Rd.

Unit 1: 2011 Cadillac driven by Joyce Clingenpeel (F) (39) of Hoopeston

Details: HFD & HPD was dispatched to the above location for the report of a vehicular accident. Ms. Clingenpeel lost control of her vehicle and made contact with a utility pole owned by Ameren Illinois. Ameren responded to the scene. The vehicle was towed, and no citations or injuries were reported. The vehicle was insured.
