Retail Theft H25-1216 Date/Time of Call: 2/26/25 Date/Time of Arrest: 3/3/25 Location: 6:51pm 8:16am 912 S Dixie Hwy, Casey’s Arrested: Details: James McClure (M) (27) of Hoopeston On 2/26/25, HPD officers responded to Casey’s for the report of retail theft. After an investigation, it was determined Mr. McClure was the suspect. On 3/3/25, Mr. McClure came to HPD to inquire as to why officers were looking for him. He was arrested, processed, and later released with an NTA for Vermilion County.
