Unit #1: 2020 Volkswagen driven by Kade Ramos (M) (28) of Hoopeston

Unit #2: Parked and unoccupied 2002 Toyota Camry owned by LT Garrett of Hoopeston

Details: While backing from a driveway, Unit #1 backed into parked Unit #2. No injuries were

reported, no tickets were issued, and both units were insured.

 

Warrant Arrest (Vermilion County) H25-1325 2025-1423

Date/Time: 3/4/25 11:57pm

Location: 500 blk W Penn St

Arrested: Shannon Miller (F) (47) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers went to a residence to look for Ms. Miller because she had an outstanding

Vermilion County warrant. Once located, she was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. She was later transported to the PSB by a Vermilion County Deputy.
